Sudah lama keinginan ini tak pernah terlaksana, selalu aja ada halangan. Dan akhirnya setelah sekian tahun gak pernah renang, hari ini aku bisa renang lagi. 
Renang adalah salah satu olahraga yang menyenangkan sekaligus sangat efektif dan optimal untuk kesehatan dan kebugaran tubuh. Namun sayangnya, olahraga ini biasanya dilakukan hanya pada waktu berlibur atau waktu senggang saja. Padahal, banyak manfaat yang akan dirasakan jika melakukannya dengan rutin.
Malas olahraga apapun alasannya, dalam jangka panjang akan berdampak buruk pada kesehatan. Yakni munculnya penyakit yang disebabkan oleh hipokinesia (kurang gerak). Di antaranya, tekanan darah tinggi, diabetes melitus, jantung, artritis, hiperkolesterolemia, dan obesitas.
